Will you clean my vintage jewelry purchase?
Yes, we are happy to professionally clean our vintage jewelry before listing. Many antique and vintage pieces accumulate dirt, tarnish, and other wear over the years. And of couse, we will clean and polish with the sliver polish cloth again before shipping.
Do you offer custom sizing or resizing for vintage rings and other jewelry?
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizing or resizing services for vintage jewelry purchases. Vintage pieces are often delicate and can be challenging to resize without potentially damaging the item. We recommend thoroughly measuring your finger or wrist size prior to ordering to ensure the best possible fit. If the piece you wish to purchase does not seem like it will fit properly, we suggest reaching out to a local jeweler who specializes in antique and vintage jewelry repair. They will be able to assess whether the item can be safely resized to your specifications. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the integrity of our vintage jewelry collection is of the utmost importance to us.

Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?
Of course. We offer an extended 90 days guarantee! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at support@mesonline.co. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 3 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@mesonline.co.3 hours after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
